The essentials about ordering, shipping and our scents.
When will my order arrive?
Within Hungary, GLS delivers orders in 1–3 business days on average, to your door or to a GLS parcel point. Deliveries to other countries take longer; you see the options at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Within Hungary, GLS home delivery and delivery to a GLS parcel point both cost HUF 1,890, and shipping is free over HUF 40,000; your bag always shows how much is left to reach it. For other countries, the shipping cost appears at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
You can pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Within Hungary you can also pay the courier on delivery (HUF 900 extra). Online payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout.
How long do the scents last?
Our perfumes belong to the Extrait de Parfum category, which makes them exceptionally long-lasting. They last 8–14+ hours on average, though this also depends on your skin type.
Tip: spray onto your pulse points and neck, ideally after a shower.
Can I try a scent before I buy it?
Yes. Most of our scents are also available as 2 ml samples, and in the sample set builder you can pick your favourites yourself. We also send free samples with every 50 ml order.
What if I don't like it?
You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product; the cost of sending it back is yours. The right of withdrawal does not cover products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once they have been opened, so if you are unsure, try the scent as a sample first.
